Good quality, fast shipping
I bought an Uppblåsbar SUP and a SUP-ryggsäck from Supworld a few weeks ago. The ordering process was straightforward on their site; it was easy to find what I needed. Delivery to Stockholm took about 3 days, which was quicker than I expected. The SUP itself seems really well made, very sturdy for an inflatable. The pump that came with it worked great too. I haven't needed customer support, so can't comment there, but overall, a very positive experience. The dry bag I also got feels durable.
Mostly good, minor issue
I ordered an Allround SUP and a Vattentät mobilfodral. The board arrived well-packaged and the quality looks good for the price. Delivery was within the stated timeframe, about 4 days to Malmö. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about tracking. My only small gripe is that the mobilfodral felt a bit flimsy for the price; it works, but I expected slightly better build quality. Still, the main purchase, the SUP, was great value and that's what mattered most to me.

Another solid order from Supworld. I grabbed a new Kolfiberpaddel this time. Just like my previous purchases, it shipped fast and arrived in perfect condition. They're consistently good, which is why I keep coming back for my gear.
